How to recover created email ?

I created email on akmail.in to create discord accounts however I came to verify my discord account through email inbox it shows different email and when I try to change the email it says email already in use

if a mail already used, you cant use it back!
however we clear our data every 2month after that clear data you can use your old mail back!
